Same question asked several times on your website, but there is no answer to any of them. I have the CD-ROM that came with the camera, but my computer has no CD reader (what computer does anymore?). When I try to install the downloaded file, it asks for the CD.

One solution would be to borrow a CD/DVD drive from someone else temporarily to install the software from the CD. Another option would be to check the Canon website to see if they provide a digital download of the software that does not require the CD.
The application actually allows you to save the output to a compatible image file format. There are 3 steps that need to follow: first, load the pictures and arrange them to suit your needs, then customize the content, and the third step is to save that content. After you have saved it you will have the possibility to open it in any compatible image viewer.

If the program doesn't allow you to save your panorama photo as a JPG, you can save the photo to any of the available format. After you did this, use the Software Informer's database to find an application that can help you to convert the image to JPG or any other file format.
I have a Canon SX60HS camera & this version of Canon Photostitch came with it. The only disc I can find is for Canon Digital Photo Professional Ver. 1.1 and this does not include Photostitch.I have now got a new computer and need to install Photostitch 3.1 on it. How can I download this and where from?
Could you please let me know how I can install the original version of Photostitch if my PC does not have a CD drive. Without the original version the update will not load.
Thank you for your time and help.
With kind regards,
